The skill development programmes at SSS are developed after detailed training need analysis (TNA) has been conducted for the client organisation. The process involves a careful understanding and evaluation of the organisations needs, core values, structure on the one hand and the job profile & competency requirement of the intended trainee on the other hand. The steps followed for the programme development can be broadly classified as Analysis, Design, Delivery & Feedback.
